THE APP STOPS TRACKING DURING THE RIDE (battery save mode)

Please check if the battery saving mode of your phone is switched on (you can probably find the info about that in your settings - this can be the case even if you did not switch the function on pro-actively. The battery save mode can interfere with GPS data transmission because it’s trying to optimize and updating the phone's operating software. This can prevent RISER from receiving GPS data and the tracked route from being recorded correctly.
